- High Volume Unit
- This range of High Volume systems accommodate the removal and filtration of a large air mass from the environment. When used in conjunction with our extensive range of arms, hoods, cabinets and flat bed extraction trays, hazardous processes can be undertaken in comfort and safety.
- The system has a built-in silencer that achieve very low noise levels.
The System 200 is the smallest in the range of volume extraction systems. This compact unit is capable of running 1 x 50mm arm, cowl or down tray at 90M3h without the need for inflexible installation pipe work. Ideal for factories with changing demands, which result in production layout changes. The unit comes complete with flexible hose, table bracket and a unique flip top flush sealing mounting plate.

The 50mm downdraft tray carcass is made of conductive H.I. polystyrene,
the tray is stainless steel.
Downdraft tray dimensions: Width 360mm, Depth 310mm, Height 75mm The capture area is equal to the size of the stainless steel tray, which is; 290mm x 200mm. The tray will also capture fumes up to 100mm above the tray. |
